I have been in the Food Service Industry for almost 40 years, as a Dealer/Designer/Specifier of commercial Food Service Equipment. I have dabbled with competitive brands to Canadian Curtis but always seem to have most comfort with Canadian Curtis for Walk-In and reach-in coolers and freezers. I don’t know how he does it, but his communication skills are outstanding.
